FIRST TIME USERS SETTING UP ONLINE ACCOUNT

First time users should follow these steps to setup their online account:

You will need to know your customer account number and subscriber number. These are located at the top of the mailing label that comes with your journal.

Go to www.quintpub.com. Click "First-time user?" on the left side of the screen and enter your customer number and subscriber number.

At this point, you can create your username and password.

ACCESSING ONLINE JOURNALS

Once you have created a USERNAME and PASSOWRD, please use the following procedure to login:

Go to www.quintpub.com. Click "LOGIN" on the left side of the screen and enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

(Please note: if it says that you are currently logged in on the left side
of the page, click on "Home" at the top of the page. Then click on
"Subscriber Access" at the bottom of the page. Now follow the steps below.)

This will take you to the "Welcome" page with all of your subscriber information.

Click on "view user journals" on the right side of the screen. This will display a list of all of our journals.

Click on the journal that you subscribe to. This will display the most
recent Table of Contents.

Click on the title to view the abstract or click on "PDF" to view the
article that you want to access.

(Please note: in order to view the PDF files you will need to have Adobe's free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Please visit the following link if you need to download Acrobat Reader:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html)

To access previous issues, click on the pull down menu next to the words
"Full Text" and choose the issue you want.

(Please note: if you cannot see this pull down menu, please contact
support@quintbook.com and tell me the operating system type and version as
well as the browser type and version.)
